The U.S.A. charges + 70% of the value of an item before I can ship it out to you. I have tried many ways to get around this but unfortunately I have to add it to the cost of shipping. Your order will be shipped in from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
To reduce waste, all interior packaging is second-hand and not that serious.
For pieces that are made to order, please allow 1-3 weeks of making time for shipment.

In the unlikely event that the jewellery arrives damaged, please email me within 14 days of delivery and a partial refund and repair will be made after it is shipped back to me.

As the jewellery is handmade-to-order, our online sales are final.
Broken items can be fixed free of charge, up to 1 year after purchase, this excludes general wear and tear.
The sterling silver jewellery is made from mostly recycled materials and the gold jewellery is entirely recycled.
Sterling silver is 92.5% silver, the rest is metals like copper, zinc or nickle. 14k gold is 58.5% gold, the rest is metals like copper, silver, or zinc.
If there is something you’d like to be resized, please use the customs form or in the notes of your order *for necklaces, bracelets and rings only, if it is possible it will be possible if not I will let you know, maybe something custom is in order.
To prevent tarnish remove your jewelry before entering the water and store it in a place with as little oxygen as possible. This is especially true for the jewelled pearl earrings.
There are pieces available in person at Purr (Inglewood Location, Calgary, Alberta)
I regrettably cannot accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
I will repair and polish any jewellery you buy from me ever for life forever free of charge forever.
